1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Luxe Medical Aesthetics (“the Clinic”).
1.2. By booking an appointment and/or receiving treatment, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2.1. “Patient” refers to any individual receiving treatment at the Clinic.
2.2. “Practitioner” refers to any healthcare professional providing services at the Clinic.
2.3. “Treatment” refers to any medical aesthetic procedure performed by the Clinic.
3.1. The Clinic will provide services with due care, skill, and diligence in accordance with Australian medical standards.
3.2. The Clinic will maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
3.3. The Clinic will ensure that all practitioners are appropriately qualified and registered with relevant professional bodies.
4.1. Patients have the right to be informed about the treatment, including potential risks and benefits.
4.2. Patients must provide accurate medical history and disclose any conditions that may affect the treatment.
4.3. Patients must follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by the Clinic.
4.4. Patients have the right to seek a second opinion or refuse treatment.
5.1. Informed consent must be obtained from the patient before any treatment is performed.
5.2. Patients will be required to sign a consent form detailing the nature of the treatment and associated risks.
6.1. The Clinic will collect, store, and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
6.2. Patient information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
7.1. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via the Clinic’s booking system.
7.2. Appointments require a 25% deposit in advance in order to confirm the appointment. Some appointments will require full payment upon booking. The patient will be notified at the time of booking via the booking system.
7.3. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the patient’s deposit. This is regardless of circumstances (including but not limited to sickness (incl Covid), child’s sickness, car troubles, work committments, no-shows etc).
7.4. Cancellations or changes must be made by the patient up to 48hrs before an appointment via the confirmation email that was received by the patient at the time of booking.
7.5. The patient must make any changes themselves via this email or via the app. Phone/text/email/message will not be accepted.
7.6. Cancellations may also incur a 50% charge of the service booked.
7.7. By booking and appointment, the patient agrees to the above terms & conditions.
8.1. The Clinic will provide a detailed fee schedule for all treatments.
8.2. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8.3. The Clinic accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic transfers.
9.1. The Clinic does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes may vary based on individual patient factors.
9.2. Patients will be informed of realistic expectations before treatment.
10.1. Patients may lodge complaints with the Clinic’s management if dissatisfied with any aspect of the service.
10.2. The Clinic will address complaints promptly and strive for an amicable resolution.
10.3. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to an independent mediator or relevant professional body.
11.1. The Clinic is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the treatment that were disclosed to the patient beforehand.
11.2. The Clinic’s liability for any claim related to the treatment shall not exceed the amount paid by the patient for that specific treatment.
12.1. The Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Patients will be notified of any significant changes.
12.2. Continued use of the Clinic’s services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
13.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
